Sunny Ocean Studios Enables 84-Inch Glasses-Free 3-D Display at Youth Olympic Games in Singapore

Singapore and Jena, Germany; August, 2010. Technology supplier Sunny Ocean Studios has installed a public video wall at the Youth Olympic Games in Singapore (August 14-26) that the company claims is the first of its kind. The 84-inch screen displays 3-D sports content without the need for glasses. Avnet Completes Acquisition of Bell Microproducts

Phoenix, AZ; July 2010. Avnet, a leading distributor of electronic components, computer products, and embedded technology, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Bell Microproducts in an all-cash merger for $7.00 per share, which equates to an equity value of approximately $252 million and a transaction value of approximately $631 million assuming a net debt position for Bell Micro of $379 million at face value as of March 31, 2010.

Prime View International (PVI) is Now E Ink Holdings Incorporated

HSINCHU, Taiwan and CAMBRIDGE, MA; June 18, 2010. Yuan Tai Technologies Inc. has announced today that it has changed the international version of its name from Prime View International (PVI) to E Ink Holdings Incorporated (E Ink). This change was approved at its Annual General Meeting. With this change Yuan Tai Technologies reaffirms its strong commitment to e-paper, an industry that it has helped pioneer for over a decade.

E Ink Holdings Incorporated will offer its e-paper products under the brand name 'E Ink' and its LCD products under the brand name 'Hydis'.
